Okay! I’m having these for dinner. Pour some Nando’s hot sauce on top and we are good to go. With a side dish or in a bun, these babies can’t be beat.

I love everything about these. Crunchy, yummy and hot.

veganadam I never thought about using Nando's hot sauce with these! 🤔😀1 likeReply
jetsky Nandos do a great vegan pea protein now. I can smash! I reckon their sauce is so good. 2 likesReply

I am so in love with this cheese sauce. It’s better than the murder version and hold together really well in lasagne and other dishes. I can eat this with a spoon from the packet in powder form… yes… I’m a sick little person. more

itsjustmel Lol, well the packaging says Vegan AND Delicious so you just can't go wrong when something is both of those things 😂 Imma get this next time I do a VGS shop, thanks for the tip off! 😊🤗❤1 likeReply

jetsky Feckin’ murder sauce! Kicks it’s ass. Lol 1 likeReply
daniellehart You're hilarious!!! 🤣 But what on earth is murder sauce???Reply
jetsky Haha! Murder sauce is the sauce created due to the murder juice (milk) from the death of all the calves. It feels like I’m living in the game OddWorld. We suck on the breasts of the most defenceless creatures on the planet then kill them when the mother has four or five stolen babies. So… yeah.. murder sauce. Lol Reply
daniellehart Ah, I'm gonna a go to bed a little less stupid tonight, as we say in Québec! 😄Reply

I just love fresh soy milk located in the fridge section. I drink a fair bit of it and this is really, really good.

I try every single brand I can get my hands on and this is up there with my faves. The original one is more

sarahtheethicalvegan Soy milky is the best! 👍🏼Reply
veganadam I've always liked soy milk and it's hard to justify how much more expensive some of the other brands are! They all taste very similar, to me. Then again, I almost never have soy milk in coffee.Reply
jetsky I try to buy the Aussie brands. I do think Vitasoy’s parent company is not Aussie, but from China. I do buy it, especially lately since the supply chain has been disrupted. Reply

This product is my secret weapon. It’s been used in my family for my entire life.

It makes average food taste awesome. It’s actually used quite extensively in some restaurants as it’s a brilliant seasoning.

It’s my more

Hart & Soul

I love these vegan products from Hart & Soul. They do a good few of these and all are a great little midnight snack or light meal.

It’s not a powder thing either, but an actual little sauce that you squeeze onto the gluten more

I’ve tried to resist buying this as it’s got sugar in it. But… alas… it’s amazing.

If you like a yummy, mildly spicy drink, then this chai is for you.

I’m a total sucker for food that has “vegan” written on it. I feel more

sarahtheethicalvegan I absolutely love chai tea. I've been looking for something like this. I've had chai tea in tea bag varieties but this is Amazing. Definitely trying this. Thank you!1 likeReply
jetsky It’s really yummy. I’m having some right now. You can even add it to coffee or chicory. It makes me smile. 💝1 likeReply
sarahtheethicalvegan Adding it to coffee sounds Delicious! 😋1 likeReply
lol1409 I cannot imagine the state of my brain if I were to add tea to coffee, and coffee is usually spiked with chicory here. I guess I should try this. 1 likeReply
jetsky This is more like a powder mix that is not like (I’m assuming) a traditional chai. It’s just spicy yumness. 1 likeReply
lol1409 Not sure what the spices or flavours are, but it sounds like it could be masala tea or something similar.

jetsky Yeah, it’s an anglicised version of what the real thing is. We do that a lot here. You should see what Aussies think is a good pasta dish. 🤮 1 likeReply
lol1409 What is your milk of choice for tea? Assuming you go the mylky way. Reply
jetsky I definitely do for black tea. I use the fresh soy milk located in the fridge section. But, I’m easy when it comes to mylk… whatever’s going. Not coconut lol. What’s your preference? 1 likeReply
lol1409 Soy for me. Or cashew-oat. Definitely do not like oat and coconut in tea though. Chai runs the country. I make a bunch, but I can't seem to get used to homemade soy milk in tea. 1 likeReply
lol1409 I think cashew hits differently. Particularly for those seeking dairy-like tea (which is everyone around me). 1 likeReply
jetsky Yeah, I have powdered soy that I thought would be a good idea when I run out. It’s reminiscent of dandruff sock garbage. I don’t allow dairy in my house so if someone wants to come over they have what we have… oops, that means they don’t visit. What a shame. 1 likeReply
jetsky I just posted the mylk I had today. The fresh ones have come a long way. I can down a litre of it from the bottle. Seriously… I’m such a bad person… 1 likeReply
lol1409 Ditto. No visitors? No problemo! Do *not* need to see more dairy. It's a funny coincidence that my favourite soy milk in the past had the same name, Soy Milky. Honestly, chugging mylk straight from the bottle is THE sign of good quality. As bad people, we have the responsibility of conducting stringent quality checks. I take it seriously. 1 likeReply

I really tried to eat this over multiple sittings. It just didn’t work.

Smashed the whole thing whilst watching Netflix. FML.

It’s got little chunks of what is tiny oat cookies and a really yummy flavour.

I try to more

jetsky Omg 9 pounds!!! That’s like $18 AUD. That’s outrageous. If you like them, they’ll be gone in seconds. If you think they’re weird… I’ll feel terrible. Reply
leevardy Hey gotta try these things! I like unusual things especially snacks! I wonder if DJ&A is an Australian brand? 🤔 Reply
jetsky They sure are!! Gee and they’re still expensive here. It’s the first thing I eat after my grocery haul arrives. Probably cheaper to buy them from here. I just went to their site and omg there’s different flavours. 1 likeReply

Has all the flavour and texture of murder eggs with no guilt and no cholesterol. Awesome right?

justineswhitsundays I need this in my life 😆 1 likeReply
jetsky Honestly, you really do! It’s so quick too. There’s also another version you can use as egg whites for meringues and in cooking. There’s also another Vegan Egg that comes sold in a little egg container (the cardboard kind). There’s also a website I use called The Vegan Grocery Store, if your specific coles or woolies don’t stock it. I live in a crap part of Adelaide where everyone’s a heathen so sometimes we don’t get all the good stuff that the city gets. 1 likeReply
justineswhitsundays Aww thanks for this. I’ve made scrambled eggs with tofu but I just can’t quite get it the recipe right☹️Reply
jetsky I use the blender and give it a whiz. Then use Vegeta seasoning, turmeric, bit of soy milk, garlic and onion powder and some kala namak (smelly salt) if you want to. Better than the stupid shops make. I can eat that like I’m at a trough. This egg mix is more like actual eggs though. Very similar texture. 1 likeReply
