If you are looking for a firm tofu this is not it, the texture is soft and watery.
It would be best to use one of those tools to press the tofu because it takes a lot of papers to soak up the water..

I love this healthy version of Christmas cake. It's a traditional Italian panettone but with spelt flour and agave syrup (no sugar!). Net year I am going to try the version with chocolate 😋 this is with raisins, also good! more
I couldn't not try cocoa and hazelnut too and is delicious as well 😋
