Lentil bolognese. I’ve never had real Bolognese sauce and looking at this recipe I wouldn’t have thought I’d like this. But it was amazing!! And best part, it’s incredibly healthy and hearty. You’ll feel like you can run more

vikas Nice! Try making a pasta sauce for this which is 3 parts hummus, 1 part of this. Just drop it in your pot after boiling the pasta. You can also add nutritional yeast. Makes for a delicious, creamy and spicy sauce and awesome 10 minute lunch or dinner!4 likesReply

glutenfreevee Are these yuba noodles? Hodo makes these wonderful yuba noodles, but the stores here have stopped carrying them for a couple of years now already. (I had heard that shipping them was costly due to their perishability.) Here’s hoping for some sort of change for that! And glad your dearest enjoyed them.
