Not officially on the menu anymore, but they're still offering as of August 2022.  Tofu with vegan cheese atop generous bed of spinach, peppers, mushrooms, and breakfast potatoes, all deliciously rich and well seasoned.  Grams also has vegan substitutes for other dishes, but you have to ask.
