The bento box is the staple dish of Ainsoph Ginza, one of the rare and
oldest fully vegan restaurants in Tokyo. Focus is on nutritional balance, while preserving the taste of organic veggies, raw and cooked. You will enjoy a variety of dishes, Spanish omelette, tomato soup, spinach curry, soy nuggets, a delicious set of vegetables with vegan bagna cauda sauce, all served with brown rice. A very thoughtful while tasty bento, I’m hungry!
A nice way to trial a few little dishes and tastes at this restaurant. It
didn’t blow my mind, but it was a pleasant way to share a light cold meal and glass of wine with a friend.
Lots of different seasonal veggie side dishes in a box. I love the variety of
experience achieved in one box and everything is simple and delicious.
ボリューム&栄養満点。唐揚げがとりわけ美味しかった。
Large portion & highly nutritious. I particularly loved the Karaage.
Well presented, quickly served, amazing variety. Over all a very satisfying meal.
