The tofu slices were sooo good!! The noodles were very springy. Loved the entire dish.

Giving full stars because the first bowl was free!! Love the circular concept too where

the bowls are composted for their plants - altho I do wonder if reusables would incur less carbon cost? Love that they come by default with vegan protein - this was tempeh. Portion is pretty reasonable Even for the full price and enough to keep u full!

Ohana means family and family means doing whatever it is these #noodles were onto 🥱

I suppose it’s not atypical of #japchae noodles, but it is something you’d perhaps want to keep in mind if you’re having it to-go where it’ll steam out and clump up further in their #takeout containers 😥 Completely #biodegradable though is that helps! 🥡 I think overall it was alright but nothing more than that. I wasn’t impressed by the #kimchi be it in terms of flavour or portion, but I still think it’s an overall worth-it meal for the S$10 the website suggests it would’ve cost (boss paid for this one 😘) - especially given the extortionate prices of other #pokebowls out there!

Loved the sweet potato noodles with kimchi and tofu. It was well seasoned. The order

process is contactless and quite innovative. Look forward to trying the other flavours!

Japchae sweet potato noodles with soft juicy bell pepper. Served with gochujang tempeh, kimchi, and

peanut-nori crumb ($10). Shirataki yam noodles available as a low-carb option (+$3). Flavourful and tempeh was done well! Lots of fermented ingredients good for gut health too. Alliums cannot be removed.

Loved this new lunch spot — very thoughtfully designed space suitable for both eating in

and takeout. The Seoul bowl was packed with yummy plant-based proteins, fresh veg and kimchi over a bed of sweet potato noodles. Everything is compostable and they convert all the compost into fertilizer on-site every week! The app is pretty easy to use and you get $10 off your first bowl (which happens to also be the price of most of the plant-based bowls 🤑)

Really loving the vibrant flavours in bamboo bowl’s dishes so far! Previously tried the Thai

one and decided to let my tastebuds travel to Seoul for this 😋 A fiery Ssambap with japchae noods tossed in bell peppers, carrots, spinach, lettuce, gochujang tofu, kimchi and nori crumb. I upsized my bowl and added more gochujang tofu on the side because I’ve been cursed with a black hole for a stomach 🙃
