I ordered the #menudeldia as it is usually a square meal deal and includes a

starter, main, dessert and here the beverage as well. It was disappointing. Upon arrival we had to go up to the bar to ask if we could sit outside until a grumpy staff said it was ok. Then upon taking our order I asked confirmation that the "menu del día was vegan," as this is a ovo-lacto-vegetatian spot and few things were marked as vegan on the menu. Our grumpy server said he would confirm. A bland unattractive pureéd soup with no explanation was served as the first course. For the main course, a plate arrived dripping with egg and cheese on potatoes and cheese on the salad, but the server disappeared so quickly that I had to get up from the table and go back to the bar inside to alert them of this and remind him of my initial inquiry. A few minutes later the same mini-burger from the first plate (mushy, mystery content) arrived with a cheese-less standard salad, brown rice with pickled cabbage (tasteless). He did confirm that the white blob on the plate was vegan, though I am not sure what it was to be used on. Anyways, an apology was given and along with an admission of the mistake. Then our server left for the day and a chirpy new server brought out the dessert course again with no description. It seemed like an apple tart to me.

At least I snapped the "cute" photos of the locale and branding before the meal, but wouldn't recommend this spot. I would expect this kind of mistake, lack of quality and of imagination from an omni restaurant.
It was hands-down the worst experience and meal on our week-long trip to Tenerife.

I was so distraught that I didn't even take photos of my hubby's meal - the "Menú Vegano" that was a dry sandwich with seitan and sad, reheated french fries.
