I don't really eat Korean food so don't have any frame of reference for this.

However it has good wholesome ingredients such as shimeiji, roasted tofu, corn, beans, carrots house-made kimchi and nori, served with gochujang. The simple and fresh flavour of the ingredients were enhanced by the sauce. I poured too much gochujang so it became overpowering; recommend just adding a little for taste!
