This dish completely blew my mind đ€Ż The âsalmon sashimiâ is apparently made of carrots
and I have no idea how they did that!! The taste and texture is quite similar to sashimi, just slightly bouncier, a bit like a fish cake! Itâs sooo delicious with soy sauce đŁ
The white thing to its right is coconut flesh and who knew coconut flesh would taste so good with soy sauce!!! đ„„
But what truly blew my mind was the magical thing in the shot glass on the top right. Youâre told itâs meant to taste like oysters and you are instructed to chew the leaves then down the shot. Itâs slightly spicy, and it tastes exactly 100% like an oyster!!! I donât know how they did that. There are small little bits in the shot that also feels like the texture of oyster flesh.
Hands-down the most interesting dish Iâve ever eaten and itâs so tasty.
