base consisted of a blend of 72% dark chocolate, tofu, coconuts, oat milk, Himalayan pink salt, and medjool dates. The base was creamy not icy; it tasted a bit like Horlicks and was sweet (honestly a tad too sweet for my liking, as I am a fan of intense dark chocolate). It was topped with chewy dried apricot, banana slices, raw cacao nibs, homemade coconut chia pudding, and a drizzle of Pics peanut butter.
