This is most likely the best pasta Iā€™ve ever had. This dish includes fettuccine topped

with braised green rebel ā€˜steakā€™, mushroom jus, shaved cashew cheese and a mildly sweet yet flavourful tomato sauce.

My family couldnā€™t get by the realistic ā€˜beef steakā€™, but I was more amazed by the cashew cheese (the beige squares with black edges which by the looks of it may be confused with mushrooms) šŸ‘ŒšŸ» This dish single-handedly raised my expectations of what all pastas should taste like. How will any other dish surpass this?

The Green Rebel steak texture reminds me that of beef tongue. Overall dish tasted delicious.

Generous portion. Oh and the cashew cheese was the most interesting part, the first time I tried one. It was shaved but texture was creamy, not sure of it helped to enhance the overall dish though.

the #NutCulture charcoal cashew cheese was missing from our order; I guess they were short of ingredients that night, but I would have appreciated it if they had told us beforehand, or replaced it with their housemade tofu feta cheese.
