This is most likely the best pasta Iāve ever had. This dish includes fettuccine topped
with braised green rebel āsteakā, mushroom jus, shaved cashew cheese and a mildly sweet yet flavourful tomato sauce.
My family couldnāt get by the realistic ābeef steakā, but I was more amazed by the cashew cheese (the beige squares with black edges which by the looks of it may be confused with mushrooms) šš» This dish single-handedly raised my expectations of what all pastas should taste like. How will any other dish surpass this?
