Housemade paste consisting of not only tomatoes but also beetroot. Topped with tempeh chunks and

sliced bell pepper. Personally not fragrant enough for my liking despite the use of mixed herbs. Would prefer more strongly seasoned tempeh too, or perhaps crumbled tempeh which can be more easily marinated throughout and also resemble minced meat. Nonetheless glad that there's tempeh for protein in this dish, as most vegan pastas at other places are literally just carbs. ($7.80, Allium-free)
