airy baguette. A more whole-food plant-based option for their banh mi if you're not keen on plant-based meat substitutes! No spread but more moist than the other banh mi I tried, perhaps because the mushrooms and tofu were simmered in broth. (Allium-free option, $9) #sgvegan

Love the banh mi! The baguette is crisp on the outside and light and fluffy

on the inside with just the right amount of bite. Love that this authentic vietnamese joint offers a ton of vegan options, and gives tofu not just veggies. It’s not massive (we shared this on top of a main each…🙊) but at $8 this is a good option for a light lunch in the Katong area :-))


A tad expensive at $8, but otherwise thumbs up. The sandwich was chock -full of

fresh, colourful veggies, the mushroom provided umami and the Asian sauce added flavour and moistness. The baguette was fresh and crusty too.


Good and delicious if you are looking for meatless meals ! The cilantro and tofu

really compliment each other ! 😊

I opted out for the tofu and requested for 3 types of mushrooms. They are

pretty receptive to special request. Would say this is a good Vietnamese sandwich. Yums.. 🌱
