100/100! Super good. Marinate was delicious. Mushroom texture was similar to "chicken" and would recommend

this dish to both vegans and no -vegans.

Sizzling hotplate with marinated dried mushroom stems, mung beans, long beans, corn kernels, carrot chunks,

and sesame seeds. 🍄🌽🥕 Served with kimchi (but ours was missing ahaha cries 우리 김치 어디에 있어?? 😭) and gochujang sauce for us to toss everything together. 🧑‍🍳🫕🔥 Fun little cooking experience (think Pepper Lunch!!) with a nice smoky charredness. Personally wasn't such a fan of the strong earthy taste and tough texture of the dried mushroom stems though; perhaps grilling assorted fresh mushrooms like abalone mushrooms and king oyster mushrooms would have been more toothsome? 🤔 Apart from wholegrain rice 🍚 this set came with a choice of beverage too (blue pea flower tea or white grape muscat peach drink - not pictured) 🍹 which probably explains the slightly higher price tag~ (Allium-free, $19.90) #sgvegan #koreanfood #alliumfree #wholefoodplantbased #wfpb
