This time their delicious #pasta was filled with a mix of vegan #nduja (a spicy, spreadable „pork“ salumi originating from the Calabria region of #Italy 🇮🇹), roasted #eggplant and bell pepper 🫑! It was smothered in a yellow #bellpepper sauce with fresh #spinach, and topped with roasted halved #tomatoes 🍅 as well as caramelized #breadcrumbs.
The ravioli itself were delicious, the vegan nduja gave it a nice texture and subtle spice. The sauce was rich but not too heavy. All components worked so well together! #pastalover
