Made out of a pea protein by a brand called Herbyvore, this paneer had the creamy, crumbly, melt in your mouth taste that I remember great paneer tikka having!
Super excited to go back and try more paneer dishes from their new vegan menu!

Ok so back to the food (this is a food review right?). Paneer is basically Indian cottage cheese and it’s recreated here using a pea protein made by our friends at @herbyvorefoods in Singapore 🇸🇬
This stuff is pretty darn close to how I remember paneer tikka! It’s missing some of the creaminess but makes up for it with the preparation thanks to the chefs at Yantra. Brought back memories from when I was vegetarian!
