I won’t lie, I snacked on half the pack before testing out the claim on the front that it « melts beautifully ». Eventually I did, making a grilled cheese (the chunks you see is garlic I added, because why not).
It melts like real cheese, I make one for a friend and they didn’t think it was vegan before I told them 🔥

Highly recommended if you are looking for a cheese to cook with. Uncooked it won’t taste like « real » cheese, but I still liked it as something to nibble on!

we’ve always got one of these around it’s a big fav. easily the best cheese

for grating that i know of / like. most vegan cheezes that i like are soft/spreads but this one is v firm like a proper block. it’s really good on/in things… sandwich, burger, whatever else… i find it’s got a tiny 10% vegan cheese taste if you eat it on it’s own, but when you put it in the mix hooo boy its cheeze #9090challenge #86 #veganisnotscary

Good value, and it does melt nicely under the grill. Very smoky flavour. Not sure

why I bought the smoky flavour as I’ve never had smoky flavoured cheese before, but if you like that then you’ll probably like this cheese. Vegan cheese has a way to go before perfection. I wasn’t a fan of the taste of this, though the texture wasn’t bad. I need to stop buying new cheese’s and stick to the grated violife cheese! #veganisnotscary
