amazing. There are so many varieties of this chili oil, so you can always try something new. The crispy texture is lovely, and the flavour ticks every box. The fermented soy beans adds a wonderful depth to the oil. I use this on basically every rice and noodle dish I cook. My favourite lazy dish is steamed rice, silken tofu and crispy chili oil.
