I cooked these Lightlife smart tenders up and added it to my salad. Absolutely great!
The dressing I made incorporated microplaned ginger and garlic. I can see many ways I would use this product. Definitely a hit!

These are some of my favorite tenders. They are not breaded and they brown up
nicely in a pan. There are 6 in a pack and when you open it, they feel kind of sticky and slimy (don’t be alarmed) and look small. After cooking they plump up with a nice meaty texture and you can crisp the outside if you want. Besides the taste, another reason I like them is they have a high protein to fat composition (if you’re counting your macros). If you eat the whole box (2 servings but...😉), you have 28g protein to only 1.5g fat and 15g carbs. Nice macros if you’re stuffing your face. These are very tasty.

nuggets I’ve enjoyed from restaurants have been Lightlife brand, but this is very underwhelming. It’s not very meaty. It’s soft and it doesn’t require much chewing. It doesn’t really taste like chicken either. It’s not gross it’s just meh.

It’s non-GMO certified and CARBON NEUTRAL!🎉 I love a carbon neutral company. It does have non-recyclable plastic inside tho :/

It’s very nutrient dense, but it’s also VERY high in sodium. I understand it needs something for flavour, but das kinda insane. I might even dare say it’s healthier to have a Beyond burger.

There were 6 tenders in the package that looked like “raw chicken”. I broke them
up into pieces and quickly pan-fried them. They were good! Not chewy at all, though the texture was a little crumbly. I would buy these again, though the Gardein chicken is still my favorite.

made a 200 IQ play and whipped up a chickun noodle with these smart tenders.
