Review of Smart Tenders Plant-Based Chicken - Lightlife by maryannkiger

These are some of my favorite tenders. They are not breaded and they brown up nicely in a pan. There are 6 in a pack and when you open it, they feel kind of sticky and slimy (don’t be alarmed) and look small. After cooking they plump up with a nice meaty texture and you can crisp the outside if you want. Besides the taste, another reason I like them is they have a high protein to fat composition (if you’re counting your macros). If you eat the whole box (2 servings but...😉), you have 28g protein to only 1.5g fat and 15g carbs. Nice macros if you’re stuffing your face. These are very tasty.
