I really love that these come with spices already in the packet. Makes it really

easy to whip up a great meal quickly.

Beans, corn, any veggies and top it with enchilada sauce. Pop some rice with it and maybe vegan cheese if you’re feeling in the mood. Pretty great.

I throw all of this into my Tefal Cook4me and it’s really easy. But I’m sure just as easy on the stove top as I’ve done it that way before too. I bought this at Woolies.

I add extra chilli.. I’m a chilli guy.

Never had TVP before so came in with low expectations when I found this at

the back of my pantry. I used it in tacos and it was really nice! Smells and tastes great, cooks fast and easy, and no gross watery drippings like you get from animal mince. Will definitely buy again and also experiment with TVP that doesnt come pre-spiced :)

Sadly I forgot to take a photo of an assembled taco. It was too yummy.
