I have been having so much fun practicing making #sushi with these #seaweed sheets. I
didn't realize that this was #wasabi style until I got home, but luckily it's not spicy - the wasabi flavor is very subtle. It tastes pretty good eaten on its own or made into sushi. This #organic nori is a good source of both B12 and iodine which can be nutrients of concern for both omnivores and vegans.
