L'odore e il sapore ricordano molto quello del salmone, la consistenza no perché è troppo

sottile..e poi il prezzo è esagerato,lo provi giusto per soddisfare uno sfizio...ma non può essere un acquisto frequente.

Onestamente da crudo non mi ha fatto impazzire, molto viscido e salato, indispensabile unirlo a

qualcos’altro o scottarlo un pochino. Per quanto costa non lo riprenderei ma per soddisfare la mia voglia di avotoast al salmone ha fatto il suo sporco lavoro!

I’ve already seen a few

news articles about these and.. people are going mad about the idea of “artificial products”
Anyways, as I love inovations in food in order to make it ethical, I was excited to try it. But it didn’t convince me:( the smell was great, but texture was too jelly and broke very easily. Also too salty. But I love that it’s made with #peaprotein and is #fortified with nutrients including #omega3, I wish they also added iodine.
5,6€ is #expensive for such amount.
