A new (at least in #lithuania) 3D printed vegan #salmon 😱
I’ve already seen a few news articles about these and.. people are going mad about the idea of “artificial products”
Anyways, as I love inovations in food in order to make it ethical, I was excited to try it. But it didn’t convince me:( the smell was great, but texture was too jelly and broke very easily. Also too salty. But I love that it’s made with #peaprotein and is #fortified with nutrients including #omega3, I wish they also added iodine.
5,6€ is #expensive for such amount.
