Plant Based Brioche

I bought this loaf to make pumpkin french toast and it came out great. Before

making the french toast, I also tried a slice with a bit of Earth Balance and strawberry jam. It's a lovely bread... light and fluffy, yet still rich. Ideal for french toast, bread pudding, vegan grilled cheese, or just paired with some plant-based butter and/or jam.

Soft, but rich and delicious and fluffy. Soooo good!

Never seen vegan brioche in the US before- this is amazing alone but even better

toasted with butter!!

One of the tastiest breads I have ever eaten. Soft and slightly sweet, but still

perfect for sandwiches. I also enjoy eating it on its own. Sadly, the nutrition isn’t too great, but I still buy it occasionally.
Just looking at the picture I uploaded makes me want to get a slice.

I’ve not had traditional brioche so I cannot speak to the similarity but this bread

is soft and tasty. Nice to see this as an option and to try something new!
