I bought this loaf to make pumpkin french toast and it came out great. Before making the french toast, I also tried a slice with a bit of Earth Balance and strawberry jam. It's a lovely bread... light and fluffy, yet still rich. Ideal for french toast, bread pudding, vegan grilled cheese, or just paired with some plant-based butter and/or jam.
