Review of Tomato Cayenne Chao Slices - Field Roast by vikas

Had friends over and made my favorite Minimalist Baker black bean burger recipe and decided to use these slices for the first time. Like all vegan cheeses I was a bit skeptical on whether this would melt. My trick is to put the slice down on the patty and then douse it with beer 🍺 which usually does the trick and adds a lot of flavor too. Worked wonderfully, we were so busy eating that I forgot to take a photo of the finished 🍔 but overall I’d say these taste great, much better than your typical vegan cheese slices!
