What was the hardest thing to let go switching to a #plantbased diet? I would say #sushibowls. However, with these Hawaiian #bowls I feel there is nothing left to miss! They are #fresh #deliciousandnutritious and of course #vegan. I composed my own bowl with a mix of #protein from the #tofu and the #edamame, carbs from the veggies (and the #quinoa under them) and #healthy fats from the sauces, so it is easy to have a perfectly #simplybalanced meal! There is also the option to choose from a variety of possibilities on the menu, both for onnivore and vegans.

herbimetal Really? I thought cheese and cakes were the hardest. You can make vegan sushi bowls Reply
chiagreen @herbimetal I have never been a fan of cheese so now I don’t miss it at all! I was deeply in love with sushi when I was onnivore, but now that I eat plant based Thanks to vegan sushi I don’t miss it 🌻🥰Reply
herbimetal @chiagreen oh really? A lot of people find cheese the hardest to give up and so did I. Luckily there are so many great alternatives now. You're Italian right? I thought cheese is a big part of your cuisine? Being vegan also means that I've to have something else if people order pizza at parties, often the convenient and popular option.Reply
chiagreen @herbimetal yeah it is! Italian people love cheese, especially on pizza but since I was a kid I asked for pizza without mozzarella 🙈 (and all my friends considered it very weird ahaha) The only types of cheese I liked were Parmesan and ricotta... where are you from? So now you were able to give cheese up completely?Reply
herbimetal @chiagreen that is indeed very unusual for you. I'm from Singapore, vegan for almost 3 years and vegetarian for 10 Reply
herbimetal When I was vegetarian I did try to avoid cheese for a period after I found out that they use rennet from slaughtered calves, but found it too difficult especially at social gatherings when they wanna eat pizza. Did not know (and did not want to know) that the whole dairy industry itself is extremely cruel in the first placeReply
