Review of Plant-based Cheese Mozzarella Shreds - Good Planet Foods by brazilianvegan

This review is for both the Good Plant Mozzarella shreds and cheddar slices.

Since finding this cheese, it’s become my favorite for shreds and slices. The cheeses melt well and I use them for topping on soups (as seen in the photo of some homemade tomato soup), pastas, grilled cheeses, etc.

The taste of the cheeses is close to the real thing. Not “nutty” like some other cheeses. The cheddar has a nice bite to it as well.

This brand is so good that a local pizzeria uses it on their vegan pies.

Would definitely recommend, especially for anyone trying to make the switch from vegetation to vegan.
