This product is truly a lifesaver for anyone who is looking to consume more protein. In just one cup, there is 20 g of protein, 35% calcium, 130% vitamin B 12, and many more vitamins and minerals! I put 16 ounces of this in my smoothie every morning and it makes the smoothie very creamy and nutritious. I have seen this product at many local grocery stores but my favorite is at Grocery Outlet because it’s about half price usually. Give this a try if you are concerned about low protein intake!
