Saved 60%shakes or add a cup to my morning cold brew. It’s certainly got a thick texture, so it’s not something I’d put in my cereal or any other dish that would benefit from a thin consistency.

In just one cup, there is 20 g of protein, 35% calcium, 130% vitamin B 12, and many more vitamins and minerals! I put 16 ounces of this in my smoothie every morning and it makes the smoothie very creamy and nutritious. I have seen this product at many local grocery stores but my favorite is at Grocery Outlet because it’s about half price usually. Give this a try if you are concerned about low protein intake!
the original. Vitamins are boosted too.. However, it's also more than double the calories, sodium, and fat. I think it's a good option to have around depending on your personal goals and preferences. I like having a variety of milks in the mix and will keep this one in rotation for tea, soups, and smoothies.
and reminds me of a melted milkshake hah it’s good! Really good for a big boost. My husband found it at a local market for 6$ which I think is valuable.
