Review of Silk Ultra original - Silk by rosieb33

I enjoyed this in my smoothie today. It's ultra creamy contains much more protein than the original. Vitamins are boosted too.. However, it's also more than double the calories, sodium, and fat. I think it's a good option to have around depending on your personal goals and preferences. I like having a variety of milks in the mix and will keep this one in rotation for tea, soups, and smoothies.
