Review of Stir-Fried Liang Pi "Cold-Skin Noodles" at Xi'an Famous Foods 西安名吃 by arunnersfuel

when I say this was SO good, this was SO GOOD. Coming from Durham to New York I was craving good Chinese food and this hit the spot! Springy, thick noodles covered in a little source and spicy chilli oil, with carrots for crunch. Yum!!
