Review of Dark Soy Sauce - Ching’s Secret by anweshagoel
I believe the soy sauce that don't mention dark or light are dark only? Bought this brand of soy sauce for the first time. We usually use it in Indo Chinese food or to marinate tofu. I add a bit of water for marinating since most recipes ask for light soy sauce, not sure if that helps tho lol
