Review of The Impossibro Wellington at Love Handle by katherinegloria

The ultimate meaty punch! The impossible meat was tender and soft which imitated that of a medium rare steak. It also lives up to its juicy yet savoury taste (and it bleeds too!). The puff pastry surrounding the impossible meat all the more compliments this dish with its butter-y and flaky texture. Served with mashed potatoes, grilled broccolini and wild mushrooms. You definitely can’t miss this on the menu!

I have ordered multiple burgers from Love Handle (which were amaaaazing), but this was my very first time visiting the restaurant. You are immediately greeted with a plant-based butcher right at their front door!
