The jar is a good size for two saucy portions. The colour is a bit orange compared to other sauces (not sure why). The texture was thick, maybe because of the pea protein, but when heated became a good consistency. It needs more depth of flavour… We added it to the base of a sauce I made with garlic, onion, carrot, mushroom, spinach, basil, pepper and Chili. The sauce clung to my tagliatelle perfectly and we really enjoyed it. So I would suggest adding a couple of things to it to make it to your preference.
