Signature dumplings made using 10 ingredients, including carrots, mushrooms, beancurd, french beans, celery and turnips (tasted somewhat similar to soon kueh). Pretty good balance of macronutrients, based on the nutrition information provided in the menu. Steamed and drizzled with organic sesame oil and tamari sauce, also served with chilli dip. Would recommend the soup version instead for those who prefer the dumpling skin to stay soft and also for those who want extra vegetables like bok choy!
