Review of Edamame Flavoured Firm Tofu - Mori-Nu by beckyyy
I love tofu, really in any form. I was intrigued when I saw this edamame flavored tofu. The silken tofu was a pretty green color (sorry no photo) but the flavor was really subtle. It was delicious with a quick garlic gochugaru chili oil (inspired by The Foodie Takes Flight on IG) and sautéed spinach.

kyu I happened to see a recipe for a lemon pudding-type dessert or I might possibly make some little tarts! But it definitely seems like more of a niche flavor, not sure how I’d use it in a savory dish. 1 likeReply
