Fried battered oyster mushrooms that were juicy inside and crunchy outside; definitely tasty and addictive (albeit slightly greasy as with most indulgent fried fritters)! Served with a vegan housemade sweet chilli mayonnaise dip that was creamy, savoury, and full-bodied.
