Non-gluten-free brownie is no longer available; there's only a gluten-free brownie. Personally found this rather disappointing as the texture wasn't right (kind of grainy, perhaps because it was gluten-free?) plus the coconut taste was extremely strong. 🍫🥥 Served as a stone-cold brick without heating up; still wrapped in its packaging without any plate or cutlery (asked for a plate and got a disposable container). It was also half the size of what @ziggyradiobear got; maybe because mine was part of the tea-time promo with (bad) coffee? 🫠☕ I try not to be negative about vegan food, but all I can say is that I really should have heeded @ziggyradiobear's warning hahaha. 🙈 ($5.90 a la carte, $6.90 with coffee during tea-time promotion daily 2pm-5pm) #sgvegan #sgbakes #sgdessert #brownie

fulfilling The service at Eunos is definitely much better than the one at Woodleigh. The lack of initiative from the service staff makes dining less present for anyone.

I guess Veganburg may wants to use less disposable & serve you in its packaging-being environmental friendly. I had a brownie individually wrapped in baking paper at a birthday party before.

I still feel it is better customer service to educate customer about its environmental friendly stand, & ask whether you still need a fork or disposal plate. Maybe after that, customers may not want the plate anymore.

It really comes down to communication & training2 likesReply
xinru-t I see... I've never really held a brownie like a protein bar in its packaging and eaten it cold 😬 But that's true, maybe some cards around explaining some of their environmental goals and practices could have helped! 1 likeReply
ziggyradiobear Looks different from mine! Haha but still looks very brick-like. Mine was very small as well, about 7cm square3 likesReply

xinru-t Mine low-key looked like braised taukwa HAHAHA but I think it's still great that they have this for those who are gluten-intolerant! 2 likesReply
