Review of Honey Cake at cream.dream by alistar
🇺🇦🎂 I was drawn to this Ukrainian pastry shop as I heard it was owned and run by refugees and it was all 🌱vegan. To my delight we discovered they had savory food too and we stuffed ourselves silly with 🥟dumplings and 🥔potato 🥞pancakes despite just eating two meals already back to back. 🐷I couldn’t quite appreciate this honey 🧁cake then as I was bursting. It was very sweet of course with a tiramisu like texture and layers inside. The honeycomb on top was made of white 🍫chocolate died yellow. £9 I preferred my sweet dumplings with cheese. I’d like to try one of their eclairs next time if I can resist the sweet dumplings.
