Review of Gluten-Free Spinach Herb Tortillas - Mission Foods by tina360

The taste was actually really good! I could definitely taste the spinach herb in a good way. And while I can appreciate that this is #glutenfree for those who need it, the texture and quality of the product was not good. It was very fragile and fell apart easily and the texture was quite pasty and stuck to my teeth worse than other products. I tried making a quesadilla to see if toasting it would make the texture better but unfortunately it did not. That being said, my partner didn't seem to mind the texture, so it seems to be a personal preference. It was also very expensive for just six wraps and overall just not worth it for me but for someone with a gluten allergy it probably would be worth it. I just haven't tried other gluten free tortillas to compare.
