Delicious plate consisting if white rice, fried plantains, pepper, potatoes, and tofu, along with a mix of nuts and my very own homemade hummus/garlic sauce.
It’s just pure tofu from a delivery company. I’m assuming it’s made from the owner’s home because they don’t appear to have a physical establishment. By itself tofu is pretty boring but when boiled or fried with spices more
