Flavor and consistency is good. The only thing I didn't like was that it's greasy and leaves you that greasy feeling in your lips.
Overall, good product and excellent alternative to tuna :)

Doesn't taste bad but didn't like it has 5% and less of the most important ingredients of a "golden milk". Easy to prepare and useful when you want to get a quick golden milk.
