Soya beans is so versatile. Easy to whip up a meal with canned beans. Unfortunately soya beans cannot be found in most supermarkets in Oslo, but in healthfood shops, as well as mid eastern-green shops and Korean shops:)
Frukt pektin works well for making homemade jam and marmelade. Perfect consistency when used right (ratio described) and quite cheap as well. Recommend.
