Gluten Free Blueberry Waffles

Started off my morning today with a Vans blueberry waffle! I've been slacking in eating a variety of fruits and y'all know blueberries are hyped for their antioxidants. Back to the actual waffles...they are what you can expect for your typical frozen waffle, but nutritional value is outstanding for dairy and egg free! I don't see myself picking up another one of these for the price, but to satisfy waffle cravings...future-me probably will haha

Dark Chocolate Sunflower Seed Butter

I purchased this looking to try different nut butter brands and was blown away...by the labeling haha 88 Acres made sure to let y'all know their bakery is top 7 allergen free as well as a some nice message for good vibes as you're enjoying the spread :) The butter itself is great, but as with most natural butters you have to make sure to stir it up well (I suggest from the bottom) otherwise towards the end you'll only have chunky spread thats dry and unappetizing. I enjoy this with toast, oatmeal, crackers...it goes well with anything really, afterall its chocolate!

Sea Salt by the seashore Multigrain Tortilla Chips

Tastes great by itself and has a nice crunch. Have not had a bad bag (frequent purchase) and the product labeling is fantastic! Late July pride themselves in being a peanut free facility, non-gmo project dedicated, and terracycle-friendly. I usually have these with my bean bowls, but definitely look for these next time you're craving some guac or salsa 👍
