I've loved every Just product I've tried and my favorite thing they've made so far are their sauces like ranch, caesar, thousand island, and sweet mustard to name a few. The Just eggs are also great. They scramble just like real eggs in a pan and the texture is perfect. You can season them however you want with herbs and spices, use veggies and mushrooms in them and even vegan cheese, and after cooking you can eat them with ketchup or hot sauce. I've made breakfast for dinner with them several times now and they taste great.

I rated nutrition lower because there's not much in there it seems, a tiny bit of fat and protein but unlike real eggs no cholesterol. They're WAY healthier than real eggs by a long shot but don't seem to contain many vitamins or minerals. They're made with mung beans though and beans are very good for us. I'd say they're pretty neutral health-wise, and you'll probably eat them with veggies anyway so they're fine in my opinion. 

Definitely a great option for anyone wanting vegan eggs. They're also coming out with frozen precooked versions folded in an omelette shape for use in breakfast sandwiches or whatever you want. And they're currently working to lower the price of the product, as the actual product itself isn't expensive to make, but other factors raise the price. One day these should be cheaper than real eggs. They're already better for the environment and our health as well as, most importantly, better for the animals. 
If you're interested you should definitely give these a try. Cook them for a non-vegan without telling them they aren't real and see if they can tell! 

[ In the first picture I used onions, green bell peppers, and tomatoes while giving it more of a browned crunchier texture on the outside by cooking longer. In the second dish I used mushrooms and green onions. In both I used salt and pepper. Garlic powder and onion powder would also probably taste good but any spices will do. ]
