Excellent Vegan Meal Lufthansa Business Class 

I was astounded and very impressed with the meal I dined on during my flight from Munich to Chicago. Since this is my first review, I forgot to take a picture of the first course. I received a lovely combination of pumpkin puree garnished with toasted pumpkin seeds, braised red beet and pickled asparagus sprinkled with baby sprouts. It was beautiful and very tasty, actual fine dining. The main dish, pictured here, was a vegan chicken in cream sauce. Delicious! The bites were tender and the sauce so tasty. And the broccoli perfectly cooked, just a bit al dente, but not crunchy, with a vivid and natural taste. The dessert a chocolate mousse with fresh currants and poached cherries. Perfect, is the only way I can describe it. In a few hours we will be served a light snack before landing. To be continued... Part 2: the following meal was an Indian curry. Very nice and tasty. The desert was a chia pudding flavored with macha, an interesting combination I'd never had before. 🙂
