A delicious plant-based version of the iconic Thai soup, Tom Yum Goong. This flavorful dish

substitutes traditional ingredients like shrimp and fish sauce with plant-based alternatives, such as seitan, and vegetable-based umami-rich seasonings. The result is a fragrant and spicy soup filled with aromatic herbs, mushrooms, and vegetables, making it a cruelty-free and satisfying choice for those who follow a vegan diet.

Vegan Coconut Tom Yum Soup with Plant-Based Happiee Prawniee - I can never get enough

of the prawniee! Soup was comforting & creamy and gies very well with rice😋

A combination of sour, salty, and spicy broth, made rich and aromatic with the addition

of thick and creamy coconut milk. The soup included firm yet springy #sglocal #happiee konjac seafood Squidiee and Prawniee (swipe to see a close-up of the 'prawn'~), tomatoes, baby corn, broccoli, and shimeji mushrooms. Extremely flavourful; would recommend sharing as it may get a little rich with the coconut milk! Really appreciate how vegan-friendly Bangkok Jam's menu is, as well as the fact that they collaborate with various #sglocal plant-based alternatives! This is my fave soup. I love coconut not too spicy tom yum soup. The

Happiee “seafood” is not bad but I would prefer just veggies instead.
