Very convincing soy 'minced meat' with bits of long beans, basil leaves, and cut chilli!

Savoury and spicy with some slightly 'fatty' bits, easily the best vegan Pad Kra Pao I've eaten. Appreciated that there was a side of leafy greens in umami vegan oyster/fish sauce with some crunchy 'pork lard'. Also came with a small bowl of clear soup. Unfortunately the weak link was the rice, which tasted like pandan chicken rice that seemed rather out of place, plus it was dry and clumpy in texture. Hope the rice can be improved to round out what would otherwise have been a really good dish. Holiday special, not part of the regular menu! (Allium-free, $5.50) #sgvegan

HOLY DAMN I was blown away by how good this was!!!! It tasted exactly like

the real deal 😍 also loved that they paired it with their fragrant rice, it was full-on flavour town y’all 🤤

This is honestly one of the best, if not the best take on a vegan

version of Pad Kra Pao in Singapore!
I thoroughly enjoyed the sweetness from the holy basil that melded deliciously with the sesame(ish) rice. The base was soy meat, which I thought was a great idea as it gave it a lot more texture and held on to the sauce really well. I will definitely be getting this again, perhaps I’ll try the spicy version next time round! Well done, Bodhi Deli 💛👍🏾

I like the combination of ingredients used for this dish. The stir-fried is tasty, fibrous

meaty-like texture with a nice crunch from the long beans. Love the level of spiciness.. And I personally like their pairing with pandan rice, tastes great when eating both together.

The presentation itself is very appetising. Flavourful colourful and love the finely diced long beans..

however, i have a preference for minced firm tofu to minced soy.
something rather personal..

This dish is definitely worth a try. 👍🏻

Whooooaaaahhhhhh this is a winner dish. Ok maybe im biased, but in terms of value

for money ,its a big winner. The pricing at this eatery is a major plus point. This costs $4.80,n most of their dishes are priced at that, which is unheard of in town area. I wonder if they can even cover rent with this pricing.

Made with mock meat me thinks. Lots of thai basil so its very tasty. And to keep to the thai spirit of spiciness, they hv birds eye chilli in it as well. I thought it was lack of vege, but noooo, underneath those main protein are lots of baby kailan.

Seriously, lovely dish, affordable pricing.

Super excited to be eating at Bodhi Deli after they joined abillion’s new Vegan Dining

Club! I went there for lunch with the team from Kind Kones and we were overwhelmed by all the incredible vegan options on the menu!

I wanted to keep it simple so I ordered the Thai Basil Rice. It was not at all what I was expecting. It was served as white rice with a big portion of seasoned soy protein and Thai basil. And it was delicious!! 🤤

Tons of flavor and I loved the contrast between all the spices and and textures of the soy and the plain rice. Great combination.

Thank you Bodhi Deli ❤️
